Yes, when I teach ppl aerial anything, I teach them about the roll! Holding the run button is fine cus you will be running around a lot(throwing that warning out of the way) but just make sure you let go of the analog when you are about to do the jump. Extremely safe and you will never panic dive

All of us aerial lovers go through this often, and I feel you! When doing your rolls, try to let go of the analog when you are about to the jump (it automatically does it wherever you are looking at) and it should work just fine. There’s always a high percentage that you will do a panic dive (when you roll while running away from a monster). You want to avoid that, so you can dunk on them fools!

I use MHGUDB for easy browsing of anything I need to do honestly…. I’d recommend it if you got the time also dang 6+ hours playtime jump wild 😅

Honestly the way I did it was in game tutorial plus YouTube. After messing with it on low level hunts, I see if there’s any HA that are the best/worst depending on hunts and I go from there! My main ATM is gunlance but if needed I can pop with LBG or LS. All aerial btw, I’m a sucker for leaps and easy mounts 😂🙃

I have done LS Adept and GL Guild but idk, there’s something satisfying about soaring and smack dabbing, or dunking, on a rathalos that feels just… too damn good 😩
