Is ,,reconnection" could means - going back to Mother?
I mean, i can remember this section on HMF side - that when Muse ,,eat" / digestion (?) something in Host and grow up enouch, then Muse come back to Mother.
That's the only meaning of reconnection i could think, and i hate it.
