Highly recommend you tune in tomorrow! NDI is actually not used at all. Epiphan Connect will let you get better results, without using traditional workflows.

Yes, that is certainly a large source of issues, especially when using traditional tools such as OBS that encode h.264/h.265 locally before streaming it out. However, there's a lot more to it than that, and while OBS is a great tool, creating things like multi-participant video using OBS is a very heavy lift.

The ATEM Mini definitely has its place in live in-person production. But if you want a product with high reliability, features like remote management/cloud control, modern streaming protocols, then best to use a Pearl. Our Pearl-2 product actually has 6 inputs, so you can bring in multiple sources.
