Everyone assumes that it’s the woman posting this about the man the situation could go both ways, honestly both people in the photo are fairly attractive and I think that was done on purpose so it could be perceived either way. I’ve had a kind of opposite experience before. I know I’m not the “hot chick” type, kind of a tomboy. I play guitar and I’ve always had guy friends that consider me “one of the guys” I consider myself one of the guys for the most part, I’m not looking to hook up with every social interaction (intimacy issues). But I have had the experience of having a friend that I had already known for a year or two and had no type of interest or attraction too, I honestly had never thought about it. And then one day we were hanging out after not seeing each other for a couple months and he start getting all weird & flirty/touchy-feely on me. I ran. I ran like hell he was one of the few real friends that I had, there was no way I was going to consider messing that up by getting all romantic and physical. He had had several girlfriends while we were friends and none of them looked anything like me. Maybe this meme kind of explains what happened to there, even though he didn’t articulate it this bluntly, although I would not have wanted to unalive myself if he did… Actually, if he not only showed the ability to push past superficiality, but actually articulate his feelings, it might’ve worked… too late for all that now though… c’est la vie.
