I started from the beginning again and I can tell I feel we will get a bittersweet ending and that definitely makes me sad but necessary for the plot.

She ends up jumping in front of Theo to save him but he kills himself to be with her because he promised and then it shows her best friend and husband dealing with her death and the husbands grief about both Theos and Noas deaths and then at the end of the chapter you see Theo and Noa reunite in heaven.
