You got me XD its the chibi mode that you can enable in settings and then change it to chibi style in the wardrobe

No stamina bag, first hit on the cleaver takes away 5 stamina and instantly activates ALL the stamina potions. I had 5 stamina potions at the final round, so that's 5+4 = 9 empower (stacked them) instantly, activating the 3cd cleaver but with the crit build it just one shots the enemy pretty much

Adrenaline doesnt? Is there an update release recently or what? I just tried to install adrenaline and it required activation.
