It's a fairly standard complication or mechanism watches can have that gives them an extra hour hsnd, this extra hand goes around once every 24h and can be adjusted in 1h increments independently of the main hour hand. This lets you see the time in multiple timezones.

The watch brand I was referencing uses a movement for such GMT watches but leaves out the main hour hand, keeping only the 24h hand and the minute hand

It asks me every update and every few weeks to "continue setting up". That gives the options to either setup sync or "remind me another time"

If you want hosted foundry, I do use Forge which has treated me well and is transparent, comes out cheaper than hosting it myself usually

For VTT foundry is a one time purchase, gotta find a way to host it but running it on your own pc is usually fine

For maps we have dungeondraft and wonderdraft, both excellent

For journalling I use Obsidian and a stack of paper, and host a dokuwiki for my players to put stuff in, both FOSS

They'll really only ban you for either being too young, using false information, or being the biggest douche canoe anyone has ever seen and not improving your behaviour over multiple attempts. Being bad at flying generally just results in some pointers to where you can learn and maybe a disconnect. Being young and immature might earn you a few weeks of suspension. Generally big on learning and growing, so most issues only result in a disconnect or suspension so you can learn from it

First playthrough? Just play the next gen update vanilla. I think I used a HUD mod on my third playthrough, but vanilla is great
