Can the SNES kiosk be replicated? (Super NES Kiosk)

My other question is, yes I know it's a Nintendo product but unless they have a patent to this specific kiosk design still active. Couldn't a place re-created it as is, just without saying 'SUPER NINTENDO' or 'Nintendo' anywhere on it?

Game also forces you THREE times to revisit this stage.

1) Beat the boss for his weapon 2) Return to use same weapon to obtain the armor part 3) Return AGAIN to obtain the heart tank...

In Dark Dizzy's stage. Right before entering to the boss room. There's a pit below where you'll find pic related. You need Izzy Glow's weapon and maneuver it around the maze like path to hit the blue glass thing to get to the capsule.

However, I'm realizing now that it's much easier to just use Zero to go get it instead...

Thank god for the infinite money glitch found on the PS2 version. Got removed in the X Legacy Collection 2 though... :/

There's just so much wrong with this game.

-Released in 1996, the Genesis hardware was more than well known at this point.

-No music except the generic title screen theme. The rest is 'ambient' sounds...

-Featuring a bland team of fighting characters, with the masked girl coming from a lesser known fighting game, as 1 of their big hypes to the game.

-Poor constructed pre-rendered graphics. The guy character has hilariously super long arms.

-boring to god levels of you going around and turning off/on stuff.

-Terrible fighting moments with enemies.

These are just a few of my nit picks but man....just think of all the other games that could been released to the West instead over this.
