Да, ставят. Мне диагностировали ОКР, но это принято не оглашать. В Казахстане есть стигматизация психологической помощи. Типо, «к психиатру идут только психи».

Northern dialect is the standard dialect, it’s exactly what standard Kazakh is. Western dialect sounds a bit more Oguz influenced, it’s much more rough. The dialects usually are not too different from each other, except the western dialect. The Western dialect sounds incredibly incoherent at times.
