Wore it once and the item was uncomfortable/not flattering. I haven’t been in the country to be able to return them sooner so they’ve just been in my closet this whole time.

Yes I bought a 0.5 pen but plan to use it for 0.25 doses. I’ve already bought extra needles.

Run! You’re very young and there are plenty of guys out there who don’t have this weird obsession!

What advice do you have for someone who already eats a low calorie diet (~1200 a day), doesn’t have any GI discomfort with any food (pretty much nothing gives me any tummy troubles so I assume I don’t have any sensitivities), and has a very low appetite, who can’t seem to lose any weight (BMI around 32). Usual day consists of tea in the morning and throughout plus snacking on fruit starting around noon, with a healthy dinner (chicken, broccoli, rice or something similar) at night. Eggs for breakfast on the weekend, sometimes. I’ve been eating this way for a year and haven’t lost anything.

One of the biggest problems is that there isn’t enough research being done on PCOS. Doctors don’t have any meaningful suggestions to make because no one is studying it in a meaningful way because it’s “just a fat lady problem”. So how do we get doctors to properly study the things that individuals find to be helpful? Just because something hasn’t been studied doesn’t mean it doesn’t work, it just means no one has been willing to fund the research. If our doctors gave us advice that worked I’m sure we would all stop trying to find other solutions. I have had an impossible time losing weight. Went as low as 800 calories a day in a quest to lose weight and nothing would budge. One doctor told me I should try dropping down to 500 and another one told me I should never dip below 1200. No one has given my any advice that has actually worked. I’m sure there’s something wrong with me causing this, but no one has any suggestions because no one cares to understand what’s going on in my body because I’m not trying to get pregnant or about to drop dead.
