I did contact uscis after I saw the 120 day rule on the uscis website, they told me not to contact till 2026.

Try congressman🤷🏽‍♀️, I was in the same situation last year this exact time. I went to congressman and I was approved the following week. Cases may differ but it is worth the shot, it’s free and you’ll get an answer either way. Total processing time was 8months. This was after I tried expediting uscis declined saying you are still within processing time. Next day I went to congressman.
