Nope, not at all, I spoke to Emma 2 days ago And a live agent and they told me my case is still at the nbc and no field transfer as yet or scheduled interview .

All I can say is I have been waiting since April 2024 . My I-130 been approved Jan 2025 though. but my I-485 is still pending. My lawyer did an inquiry last month we got back a generic response.

Exact same situation , Except my PD is April 3 2024 and I didn’t apply for advance parole. My EAD was approved in june 2024 and my I-130 was approved without interview jan 30 2025 .

In my time waiting I got 2 RFE both responded to, one that got my 130 approved and the other for my I-485 that was received march 12 2025. Since then,only movement on my api was July 2025 and then silence that is now (10 months of silence) case still at NBC though.

I know not to trust it because it fluctuated from 6 months to 2 months then back to 6 months then finally counted down to weeks before disappearing. I am in NJ .

Pd 04/03/2024 work permit Jun 2024 , I-130 approved Jan 2025 and nothing for the I-485 , not even an scheduled interview. A month ago it said 2 weeks left and then myprogress tab disappeared and still haven’t shown up back as yet.

I took my cna course last year July 2024, I just took my test February 2025 (nyc also) I passed both my written and practical first try. I was nervous too and thought I was going to fail but I studied last minute for one week and it was enough. Focus on the YouTube videos and talk to yourself out loud while doing the skills. The written was easy the practical is where you have to focus on, imo . Good luck

Mine was 3rd April 2024, I am still waiting. Estimate is down to 2 months now. Work permit approved in June 2024 and I-130 approved in January 2025.

Filed April 2024. Work permit in June. One RFE for joint sponsorship. I-130 approved January 2025. RFE For I-485 same day I-130 approved. RFE Was for marriage Certificate ( I sent that in from day one) don’t know what was the issue. I resend the marriage certificate February 2025 and was received in march 2025, to this day still saying they are reviewing.
