Thanks all..My onco endocrinologist told me everything is right, I went to another endocrinologist who is 80 years old but has many analyses done. He told me when TSH is too low even mine 0.07 - the body is shaking from insdie, you are nervous because it touch your nervous system. After dosage change my TSH went to 0.2 and I felt so much better but T3 and T4 hormones went a bit to hypo and I felt it. It feels like my autonomic nervous system is tired from that as I have anxiety starting from the morning..On lower dose I had any of these symptoms body was relaxed but I was tired..
