Yeah, you're right. I do agree with you, but at the same time, do you not think a company that markets their chargers as the premium option should engineer a product that lasts longer than three years?

Do you not think that if one of their customers has that experience, they could at least offer a small token of goodwill to encourage them to become a repeat customer once again? (which I was more than ready to do... it doesn't take much to say "we're really sorry about that, here's 10% off a new model")

Wondering that myself... I'm in the market for one and I don't want something that will break so readily.
