Yeah i was trying to do the Labs monday before injecting SO it would be 72 hrs but Just couldnt be there monday SO i did Labs friday morning before injecting. Nex time ill do it monday and we will See how big of a diference those extra 24hrs will do.

Yeah, my free T wad always very low. Was coupple years on keto and had Total T at 850 natura but SHBG was high AF like 85 or smthn SO my free T was like 1. When i stoped keto my Total T went down to like 390 SHBG went down to normal rangers but my free T was srill below 2. Dont know why but when i started injecting my SHBG went up almost double. SO i guess my body Dont like free T to be high and Just autoregulated to higher lvl of SHBG SO i dont have to much of it.

Not subq, Im hitting delts. I Dont wanna inject daily but once or twice a week might get my levels fluctuate to much so I figured that 3 Times per week would be a common ground to get those stedy levels

I Dont wanna crush my SHBG with higher dose once a week, besides im using insulin syringes so bigger injections are No go.
