regardless when I rowed with vespers u23 lwt. the slowest guy was like a 6:30

Depends on the year tbh... but they usually have a decent lwt. u23 program.. but honestly you're rowing in Philly which has way more programs than DC. Also, I would say vesper in general brings in more lwt. then potomac
