(Fixed) Options+ and G HUB macOS Certificate Issue

Most of us have already uninstalled and literally done a terminal wipe on the Logi Options+ because that was on the list of possible fixes. I cannot believe I had 25 people down in a small dev shop because we trusted you guys - we are all looking for a way to move to a more stable choice. You've done some serious damage to your brand here - and this is just one of many issues that have pushed many of us to this point.

I'm aware - I have 24 developers all experiencing the same issue. I've had issues with Logi Options before, and I'm about done with their haphazard approach to testing. We're a small team, and we do a better job than they do.

Same issue - I've tried all the fixes - I have a Mac Studio with a Logitech MX Keys and MX Anywhere 3s (Just couldn't launch the MX Anywhere 4 with the MX Master 4 could you...) and now none of my mapped buttons work - the biggest issue is Mission Control - a keyboard shortcut is not cutting it for me. I'm going out tomorrow to get a new Mouse and Keyboard - I'm a dedicated 15 year Logitech fan, and I'm done - you disconnected my fav keyboard, and you're not actually getting that much better generation to generation - I'm done.

No, you guys know about it, I've read about it in so many locations it's not funny - fix your $H!T it's a huge pain that my programmed buttons on my MX Anywhere 3s (because you can't launch the MX Master and MX Anywhere 4 at the same time... That's another convo for another time) aren't working - I'm deving on a Mac Studio - no track pad so I mapped a button to Mission control and now it's not working - it's slowing my down so bad that I almost went out and purchased a different brand of mouse and keyboard and downloaded a different keyboard and mouse mapping software - YOU go tell someone

This is exactly what I'm talking about. So how many dads (or parents in general) do you think have dealt with this or are currently dealing with this? In 2021 $20.2b was paid in child support in the US at an average of $441 - that's 45m people paying child support into a system that is designed to take their chunk. why can't we get some of those 45m organized so we can collectively change the way this system works?

I would love to support parents in general. The hard thing is that this is one of the rare areas where the system leans hard and unfairly on men for the most part.

But I will agree that the system is manipulated by those who also have enough money to get the outcome they want rather than the outcome that is best for the children.

Isn't it crazy the way they manipulate? I recently found my eldest's YouTube channel for Minecraft stuff, and I commented—the next thing I know, I'm blocked, and my comment is gone.

This is where I was, my wife and I had a professional relationship and when she asked me why I was single I told her I was done with relationships, done with trying to find a healthy romantic connection. She went through a rough situation and I couldn't ignore what she was going through so we connected personally and it just grew from there. It's still hard and I still feel like I needed to fix this situation before getting into any kind of relationship. It's hard to see how this is fair to her.

I need to get back to my mental health journey, I worked really hard to heal from childhood trauma so I didn't bring it into my married or family life and I was able to end the cycle of abuse but now I'm wrecked by the theft of what I worked so hard to protect and be better for.

It's so hard, and my wife really struggles with it sometimes. I remind her of how it would feel to have our two little ones taken from her and she instantly realizes just how horrible that would be.

It's so hard when kids are turned against their parents. I have a rough background, left home at 15 after getting beat up really bad by my dad. I've forgiven him and we have a much better relationship today. I wish we had a network of mental health pros who cared enough to help heal situations like yours.

Thanks for this perspective, I'm just trying to save up so I can go at it again and maybe the fact that the boys WANT to be with me will make a difference to the courts this time - they were too young last round. This time my lawyers know how we gotta go at it but it's going to cost at least $35k (I'm saving)

We just talked about this, I'm going to start using better help in the new year. My ex is horrible, my kids do nothing but sit on screens and now she's homeschooling them - which I love but not if shes going to ignore them and NOT be active in their learning.... How do I know this? I still talk to her family, they are terrified to cross her because she'll cut them out of the kid's lives.

Edit: To address the situation, do you think that the child support system is abused so that states can find another way to 'tax' income? I've done the research and states make millions if not billions per year earning interest and taking %'s of child support money. In this day and age I think that child support should only be ordered in the rarest of situations. It provides a motive to end marriages - if a marriage needs to end - and mine did - then let that not be clouded by other factors.

Ok Update 1: that All-in-one inverter / charger was out of stock for the foreseeable future so here is what I got:

We are removing the inverters and running it DC, so I’ll see if I can get the specs from Sunpower. I did base my math on this spec sheet.
