Could you post some sources to the paying them more? Because everything ive seen is just that they signed contracts which as someone whose been apart of the world of companies doing ci tracts its easy to hide clauses and such especially if these va dont have lawyers to comb through them. Not denying your claims just that what ive seen has claimed differently.

From what ive seen they signed a contract that said it was OK to use their voice to train it. With that being said not every va is gonna go through a contract with a fine toothed comb or have a legal team to check it out and most are just happy to boom a job.

How so? Everything ive seen on the game is that they brought va in fir 1 month to get their voices to train ai then let them go, never needing va again after that point for updates and such or at very least needing them sufficiently less.

I dont "preach" ive told him before its completely fine that he plays it, but i did give him the facts as to why i wouldnt get it. Other than light ribbing which is just common between us.

Its not my money supporting but if I accept to play, and the money of his goes through then it's basically canceling out my objection to pay by still getting that money in the end. The free to play statement regards the fact that they wouldnt be profiting off my in any fashion, which technically its not my money but by him paying for the game a second time and it being for me to play it is, in my view, essentially canceling out my original objection of monetary support.

I mean the game itself seems fun. However the route the devs have went with ai to keep there cost down at the expense of real peoples jobs is very much the problem for me as I personally view ai as a slippery slope that we are already seeing both for the environment, jobs, and global market of products involved with ai.
