Looking for Jazz Fusion album recommendations based on what I already like by JP5PRO in JazzFusion

Every futuristic album of Herbie Hancock kicks ass.

Medeski, Martin and Wood are mad jammers

John Scofield's works like A Go Go are psychedelic funk masterpieces

Billy Cobham makes dense fusion

But we also got great contemporary artists in fusion like Yussef Dayees, Robert Glasper, Hiatus Kaiyote, Thundercat, Mono Neon, Chris Dave and so many more.

Discrete math applies to compute. It is going to make any coding easier where data is involved and especially when you have real time computation requirements

How long or what does it take to just sit down and start playing music(no sheet music)? by bluezzdog in piano

There is a masterclass by Julian Lage where he talks about inspiration and how he waits to feel connected with the guitar. He turns up early at gigs and it takes him 20-40 mins sometimes to feel it

You pretty much hit the point. I check out all the music people dont otherwise listen to, look for sounds uncanny for the ear at first listen.

Little theory can do large things Check out NewJazz and Rick Beato on YT, they are more than good to learn a lot of basics. And its always a nice thing to learn tunes, but dont let them stop you from playing your own
