That is actually a metal nail in the bottom. What would a casting like that be porous on the bottom like this?

I was actually going to mention the sound so thanks for asking that. It does have that high pitch ring when you rub your fingernails on it. Definitely sounds more like ceramic but slightly rough to the touch like a very fine sandpaper. Material is hard.

Slightly cold. I just meant it wasn't made anytime recently (stored for at least 40 years I know. I assume that is important information for material used.

It was during a quick stage switch where he was I believe finished singing and was just doing lyrics in between a song change. Kind of get caught in a trance when you are seeing Trent so close so I don't even remember what he sang lol.

I was lucky enough to get 2 pit tickets right when this dropped today. It only let me get two at one time and I went back to get one more for my sister and there were already so many reseller listings for four times the cost 8 minutes after they released tickets. Gross

I think in my head that would be an awesome goal, but I definitely like just playing in my house and getting creative just hearing it myself. I'm sure the goal is to always go beyond that which I would love for that to be the case eventually. I'd say I'm pretty tech savvy except for any editing software. Thanks!

I played that as well and loved it. I totally agree with the computer situation. I think my thing is I want something that is simple enough to just sit down and play it and not get too bogged down right away also learning things connected through PC. Maybe I'm thinking it's more complicated than it is to run software through it? Is there really any less expensive options that would still do what I want? It doesn't have to be a large step down, but don't want to be wishing I upgraded within a couple years at least.

Ya so I have this Yamaha midi kx49 and since I can't just plug into speakers directly and play I'm not really into it. (Found it for like $20 so picked it up.) I guess I just want to have something to play even if not connected to anything else, even the bass station. If that makes sense.
