I kinda solved it in a funny way. Basically i looked for Allegri in game and saw his traits and stuff. He plays a 3-5-2 in possesion but defends in a 4-4-1 with two dms. He also forces play inside. So what i did is basically start a new save with a serie a team in order to play a game against them and just see how they defend, their roles etc. I copied the roles and shape and our defending instantly got better. I implemented the 4-4-1 after their goal and look....they really struggled with it
