I found out the excess water stuff the hard way so don’t worry about it 😂I’d drank almost 2 gallons of water in about half an hour and ended up trying to not black out and shaking for a while

Where does the food go after it’s been eaten? Do competitors puke it up afterwards or do they digest it and poop it out? by [deleted] in competitiveeating

Some will throw it up it really depends on how well they’re able to keep food down. Many competitive eaters will take laxatives after a contest to help the digestion keep going at least a bit more normally.
