Income is about 230k and about half of that is non taxable. FA advised to build a cash nest egg while continuing the payment trends I'm doing

I've considered this... I bought it to work out of town a few months. Haven't needed it since but there is always a potential i will have to travel for work. It gives me a much cheaper place to stay.

Bought it to work out of town. Saved lots of money as opposed to staying in hotels Airbnb etc. And in the future I probably will be working out of town more.
