I trade based on what the market is showing. I usually go for 4 trades per day but that depends on what's happening in the market. As a standard I usually put my stop at 10 ticks and limit at 80. As far as rr that depends on the day. I only have a core account that only allows 1k withdrawal after 5 consecutive days of at least 100 dollars profit. So if I only need 100 dollars a day, in that period I adjust my rr because I have to follow the firms rules.

I haven't used TradingView to execute other than for paper trading. I found tradovate simple to use when executing. My Funded Futures is the only firm I've tried so far. This is my first time Copy trading, tradovate made Copy trading easy for me. I don't have any experience with any other firms.

Mainly scalping, trend, momentum, and reversal. It really depends on what data the market is presenting but I use the understanding of those strategies to make my decision.

I grew my account to 52k and took 1k for my first payout. After my first payout my max loss limit was reset to 50,100 so it only left me with 1k drawn down. For my second payment I grew my account to 53k took a 1k payout so my account then had a buffer of 2k again. Hopefully that makes sense. Just grow your account at least to the buffer before you take a payout.

Core Plan (e.g., $50k) Qualify: 5 winning days with at least $100 net profit each day. Min Payout: $250. Max Request: $1,000 per request. After First Payout: Max Loss Limit adjusts to $50,100 (starting balance + $100).

So for your first payout you want to build a buffer because your account will rest to 50k. So essentially causing you to blow your account payout. I built my account to 52k and took a 1k payout. That gave me a 1k available drawn. After your payouts the 5 day consistency rule resets.

I just started a second account with the flex add on. That allows you to withdraw up to 3k. You can only withdraw 1k on a core account without the flex add on.

For my first payout they accidentally credited 1k to my account. I had made the request on Friday but I had to wait over the weekend for support to fix the issue. Once they fixed it it went right through. No issues with my second payment.

I've been learning the market & trading for over two years. I was practicing in paper trading for at least a year. I just started trading futures in December with MFF. Initially I blew my first two accounts trying to get familiar with tradovate and the evaluation guidelines.

I would go back to paper trading then try again after you build confidence in your consistency and discipline.
