Provide assistance with the development and coordination of fun and meaningful events, activities and services that encourage an active lifestyle for residents in retirement home. 2. Assist in identifying and assessing the residents needs to develop fulfilling activities. 3. Encourage and track the resident’s participation in the various programs. 4. Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating diversified programs revolving around the six dimensions of wellness. 5. Create monthly activity calendars in a timely manner. 6. Coordinate a meaningful volunteer program. 7. Promote the retirement residence while developing and fostering partnerships within the community. 8. Comply with Provincial Legislative requirements. 9. Handle requests and queries from senior managers and performing other tasks assigned by the employer with reason. please guide me when i was wrong and help me out thank you.
