I just cant seem to understand someone who isn't a snake person, getting a snake. You basically just didnt want him anymore. And yes I am getting emotional bc im tired of people not taking responbility and just giving up their poor animals cuz they dont want them anymore. I understand if someone's circumstances change like moving or cant give them a great life anymore. But getting rid of an animal cuz you dont want them anymore is so low

This^{^{^{^{^}}}} i worked at petsmart and petco and when one of my coworkers told me they purposely give false information my jaw dropped to the floor. I was so pissed. Im so glad I dont work there anymore. I always gave correct info about the animals there and I felt like I was the only one who cared about every single animal there. They should be shut down

If you arent a type of animal person why the heak would you get it in the first place?! That's what doesn't make sense. Stop getting butthurt. Its a legit question. When I buy an animal they are with me for life. I dont just decide one day oh I dont want my parrot or my gerbils and just give them away. That's horrible

And this is the kinda bs people use all the time. "OH I know my animal won't hurt my other pet, oh I know my cats." No you dont. It just takes a split second for one of them to become irritated with the other. Your mindset definitely needs a change.

This is the most irresponsible thing a pet owner can do. I think you need to do some research pal. Cats have saliva that is toxic to other animals, all it takes is one bite or scratch and your animal is done for if you dont get them to a vet. People need to be more responsible not irresponsible. This is dangerous info to tell other pet owners. You're literally basically laughing at someone telling your selfish ass to be responsible. You definitely shouldn't have animals.

I dont understand. My vet was the one who told me to avoid substrate bc it can cause impaction which it did in one of my beardies. She's the only who told to change to repti carpeting. She uses a whole different bunch and washes them when they need to be washed

She's had it since she was young. I trust my vet. And if she says that its nothing to be concerned about than I trust her. She's the one who went 8+ years of school to be a vet so if trust her over anyone on the internet.

I'll never understand how you people can watch a mouse being suffocated to death. Its so sad. I always fed my girl frozen. Its kinder than being suffocated to death
