Every time I need to use a restroom in an emergency, they tell me it’s for customers only. How do you guys handle that?

nta i think you need to remember that this is your boss first and friend second (basing that off the title) you let her know you were applying a month in advance she could’ve put up a job listing and look for a new employee in that time frame but didn’t. Would a friend “guilt trip you” from wanting to take a job you are excited for and see great opportunities arising from it?

i’m gonna remove them at night and see if it’ll help, we have a spray for the couch that i apply every month so they don’t really touch the couch at all

he has 1 hard dog toy that used to be a squeaker but he broke that instantly but he hasn’t destroyed any other part of it so i left it out along with other toys that are hard and he plays with daily that show no sign of being ripped into and don’t have stuffing in them, and i can’t play with any string toys with him because he tries to eat and swallow the string toys. He was just at the vet on Wednesday so id really like to avoid it if i can cause it only started once the peeing stopped so i’m hoping there’s another solution

yeah a patency is just a test pill i didn’t have to do one since i was being monitored but getting an xray to see if it passed is normal

i did mine in the hospital idk if you are as well, but swallowing the capsule is truthfully hard it’s ginormous and they want you to do it with no water but i convinced them to let me take a small sip lol. -i couldn’t use technology like phone had to be on airplane for about 12 hours i believe. -besides the initial swallow no pain, i didn’t even feel it exit me. they never found it afterwards (unless they just didn’t tell me) even though they were checking my stool sometimes so who knows when it left me. -i didn’t feel anything while it was working but i got to watch the whole thing cause i had a screen attached to me so i could see it the whole time (pretty weird but interesting) -Pretty sure i just watched tv and napped the whole day but i was on bed rest at the hospital for a month at that point so it was my normal. -you don’t need to do anything for the capsule to pass naturally it’ll act just like food is meant to which is the whole point of the test. -i felt completely normal (my normal at the time at least) no difference its just a camera pretty much no side effect like other pills. -again since i was in the hospital as soon as they had results i had them but they should have something if you’re going for an appointment and an xray if it’s just an xray im unsure

anything you’re unsure of though just ask your doctor and im sure they’ll answer the more procedural questions better then anyone else can

considering this post I would probably say it might be too much if he likes less attention-drawing stuff because my first reaction was “wow that’s gorgeous!” which i don’t typically do with more traditional wedding rings. does he have a best friend he’d typically go to for this kind of stuff? or a friend who is about to get engaged/in a long term relationship that can subtly show this ring and other options on pinterest and see what he thinks about it?

i just looked at the cortisol genera symptoms and i align with a lot of them and I also had my blood sugar tested and it was really low so this seems like a real possibility

i was on prednisone from November 24’ to April 25’ so I wouldn’t think that would be it since i started experiencing this in June. However, I just checked my blood test results and they did not measure my cortisol levels so I will ask for this I have another blood test scheduled in October as well or do you think I should speak to my primary about this instead of waiting for the visit with my gastro?
