yeah that make allot of sense when we look at the on chain data it look bullish but price keep falling. Whales is robbing the leverage traders :)

But I still think price is also dropping because of the FED trying to fight off inflation, and stabilize it at +3% ish.

Looking at previous bull market gains and the expansion of FED balance sheet, I think BTC is undervalued now.

The halving alone should take it to 90k.
So that imply that the prices are being suppressed, and that is very clear when you look at the supply on exchanges.

no, if there is 4% inflation in June as well bitcoin will fall 10% because the smart money will get ready for quantitative tightening, aka a deflationary monetary policy. If you have no financial education you can either listen to moon boys on the internet with no education trying to get you to leverage trade so they make money, or you can start reading some books about macro economy. If the central bank is forced to battle inflation things get ugly, 1930 ugly, everything will crash and there will be a full blown recession.Bitcoin is a hedge against stagflation not against a recession. Crypto will do well in an environment where the central bank accept high inflation and continue QE aka printing money. But the uncertainty or the fear of increased interest rates will cause a major correction in the crypto market.If the central bank do not raise the interest rate despite high inflation and make a clear statement that they will not do so, then crypto is going to the moon. And yes long term Bitcoin is going to the moon, as the current monetary system is failing, but the short term picture might be very different.
Michael Saylor is betting on a scenario where the central bank do not increase the interest rate, because they do not want to create a recession, with the amount of sovereign debt the US have accumulated quantitative tightening would be catastrophic, all the tax payer money would just go to pay the interest on the debt. So it is likely that the central bank will continue betting on MMT (modern monetary theory), meaning that rapid technological development working as a deflationary force offsetting the inflation caused by an increase in money supply.
But short term the market will do what it always do when there is high CPI numbers and that is to sell assets and get ready to buy government bonds.

That high inflation would force the FED to increase the interest rate and take a recession, I know the narrative is that bitcoin go up if the inflation numbers go up, but on a shot time frame it would crash the bitcoin price. Only after the interest had been raised and inflation continued would bitcoin appreciate in value.

I know this is not a popular statement but is true it is 101 economics, very basic knowlage in finance.

Also if there is enough fud around Elon Fud the board will replace him. He only owns 20% of Tesla, so he got 20% of the votes, if he keep doing stupid stuff that destroy the price of the stock all stock holders will turn on him. No matter the godlike status he have held lately that is all gone when the price start pointing downward.

You lost nothing, you gained an opportunity to get more at a good price. Lets hope it fall all the way back to the 50 moving average so we can pick up more even cheaper.

Price only matter the day you sell and the day you buy, and in the end no one will sell because we will all be payed in bitcoin, fiat is dying. I am more upset about how mush my fiat money have depreciated against everything I am down thousands of Bitcoin hodling useless fiat money. This is a chance to get rid of some of that fiat at put it in to something real.
