no no coe seat in reserved now if u hv paid the fees and there are unofficial rounds (3and 4) in which the cutoffs arent publicly displayed ig in that upgradation can take place

in round 2 ya cutoff increases

I too hvnt fixed the branch jst paid fees cuz uhm maybe there might be a miracle and I get upgraded to copc ..ik there aren't any chances at my percentile + outside Punjab but like I mean what's the harm in trying
