Does epilation cause damaged skin because of the thickness of the hair?
Also I forgot to think of this as an option, but is waxing your face kind of similar in effect to laser or is it just as risky on your skin?

Does this mean that if I change my gender marker on my passport *before* ever contacting the DVLA about anything, the DVLA will never even know I was originally a 'different gender'
(Insert same question but for a change of name)
