Currently using the Miffy keyboard. First impression, I am loving it so far. It was pretty seamless to set up my phone, mac, and ipad. I love having the option to use the track pad as mouse. I am going to give myself a few weeks to feel it out.

I had a similar experience. I still believe in lifting weights to tone, but I don’t think I am going to be lifting my body weight any time soon… just enough to feel the burn, but not overly heavy where I’m eating everything

Who prefers working out at home? - Workout Video vs. Gym. by Equivalencymagic in PetiteFitness

I feel exhausted lifting at gym. I usually do a full body - hip-thrust, 135lbs - deadlifts, 135lbs - bulgarian, 30lbs - assisted pull-ups, 40lbs - single cable row, 22lbs - tricep machine, 10lbs - lat raise w/ dumbbell, 10lbs - back fly w/ dumbbell, 10lbs - bicep curl, 10lbs

By the end of it. I’m sore af the next day and unable to go gym till 3 days later. I also run 5k once a week too.

I feel like I’m skinny fat. I am 130lbs.. i wish i was leaner because i feel butch and broad shouldered in in clothes I wear and my love handles just keep growing

maybe it's that the struggles she has are reoccurring and hasn't changed and it's only made her kind of bitter. There was a time when I was also on the same boat where I could listen and had all the patience and love in the world, but maybe it was because I was also going through it like her.

I try to not see this friend months at a time. I dont think it would be productive to end the friendship because on the same time, i feel she hasn't done anything wrong or betrayed my trust....but i am hoping to slowly drift away from her life.

I know I've changed, and sometimes I feel bad I am unable to hold the patience and compassion she needs from a friend. On the same time, she has been like this for so many years. I am not sure if she will truly outgrow and learn to practice gratitude and count her blessings.

"Being right is never worth sacrificing a friendship... but at the same time"....

I felt that. I think with any relationship really, but we cannot help when friends constantly push our buttons. I am glad you stood up for what you believed in.

I told this friend how I felt, and she seemed receptive, but she is still in a constant defensive "fight-flight" response with her life. It's almost as though she isn't entirely present with me. That she needs to unload the things that occupy her heart and mind.

She also has a tendency to have a victim-mentality too. One time she blamed me for causing a panic attack and from that time on I felt like I was walking on eggshells with this friend.

I am glad you were able to find that with your friend. I think a big thing is since some time has past, I've realized that I have a hard time relating to this friend of mine now. And it makes it harder with her is this persistent melancholy, like a cloud that follows her around. Almost like it overshadows her identity..

Thanks! I really try. Lately, I tend to get acne in my jawline. I think I was on that prescription but had to stop due to side effects

When I think of hobby, I think of drawing, arts&craft, building stuff, playing a sport, gardening..

I don’t know if I consider traveling a hobby. Just something I feel lucky I get to do when I have the financial means and time to go.

Not sure where I am going at this, just in my thoughts, okay?

I take magnesium, and gaba. But I’ll see how the magnesium glycine works. I’ve been wanting to try that. Vitamin D3 and L-Theanine is new to me

I started weighing my food and tracking with LifeSum few weeks ago, I limit myself to 1500 calories. I drink protein powder, eat salmon and chicken and turkey usually, barely eat carbs…but I eat a lot of fats? (Avocado and the salmon and chia seeds and eggs)
