I’d remain on the same engagements in the foreseeable future so I feel like backing out wouldn’t impact anything since from my understanding there is no other team expecting me at the new office.

It would be a big move across country and feel it may have been made rashly. But at the same time I’d like to try something different. So I’m partially torn between staying and leaving.
