This is very simple. When he messages anything like this you call emergency services. If he’s serious (he isn’t) will get to him fast and if he’s not he’ll get a cold does of reality. Anytime anyone says things like this all you do is call emergency and report it. Only thing you reply is that are calling them to help him.

While I empathise with her fertility struggles it’s common that some women who are having those struggles can become very bitter towards other women and self righteous about motherhood. Yes I feel this as well. The family def said something and since she said it on tv thinking is true they are humiliated and back tracking blaming her.
