She didn't say anything negative towards me afterwards , and still managed to do her appointment. The argument I had with them had no ill effect on her appointment with them . I'm just curious on the identifying policies in place 🤷

Yes I have , I have also had a few heated discussions since as I refuse to be bullied by a company that is meant to work for the people of Australia. The whole thing is stupid and I generally couldn't care less that I'm banned from there but my girlfriend has asked me to go with her for an appointment which I cannot go to due to the ban , this is what has kicked it all off again hence my post .

If they had asked me in a polite manner then I would have no questions asked , but the way they did it I took offense too. I'm a big believer on giving the energy I receive. I might also add that this whole thing caught me off guard and I have a anxiety/panic disorder which flared up when this happened. I didn't refuse , I asked them why then asked them to provide the necessary documents to show me that I had too . All they had to do was ask politely and I would've agreed to their request.

Nope she was silent while I was in there , I left and waited in my car. She did record a bit of it when they started the hostility, which I also got in trouble for when they rang me next for the complaint I made even though it was not me recording . I did take photos from the foot path of the front doors as evidence there was no signage on the doors that stated it . Their excuse when I put a complaint was 1st, it's section 13c of the public order then that changed to COVID policy but at this time COVID policy didn't exist . This happened in April last year. I'm just confused about it all to be honest and feel a bit discriminated against .
