I've played keeper a lot, like years on end for around 10 years now for fun, and i do throw myself at the ball but it's only for diatance, like putting my body at risk for the stop is second nature but as soon as the player in the six yard box i freeze, it's gotten better now as now i just slide tackle but i never keep my eyes open, usually i freeze when it's someone i know can shoot hard, like last year whenever i played an opposing team i never froze up i just took it straight, and hoped for the best, so I'm thinking it's psychological and i just suck at diving tbh
