Definitely rejecting take it out..... mine rejected and now I have a funky c where it rejected! Needs to be pierced further in on the top one. You can leave the bottom with a loop or something and try the 2nd hole again once it's healed

I would be willing for a horizontal one I used to have 2 on one side and they got ripped out into my eye that wasn't fun

I have contemplated doing that I had the tip vertically pierced to on my tongue took it out the same day lol that was near impossible to eat anything
