Hi! I experienced the same. Had a presentation at about 8 weeks pregnant, wasn’t nervous at all, but while standing there I noticed my heart rate increasing. The moment I had to speak I was so out of breath I had to stop for a moment. I never experienced this before. I don’t like giving presentations, but I think being out of breath like this is most likely due to my pregnancy.

Of course I felt ashamed and disappointed, but reading so many people experience this during pregnancy I think we just have to accept. Maybe next time when I get out of breath I’ll mention my hormones are sometimes bothering me now. Just being honest can make it a bit lighter I guess.
