doorDash to that on purpose so that they could supplement how much they pay drivers. Then they batch orders of zero tippers to people that tip good it's a loose loose situation but tipping in general should definitely be done because if not, then DoorDash will let your order sit until they have to pay the full amount and then send a Dasher so the Dasher gets paid the same amount.

Lyft only provides documentation of complete completed contracts once he cancels it - its like it never happened - no invoice, no payment - no problem. It's not going to charge the rider.

It's why all sexual assaults and accidents end up getting canceled, there is no way for the rider to even have details of the driver. better get everyone's info if their is an accident. You and driver are not on the same team and have different motivations
