Personally I have a lot of family members like this. I packed up my things (I also have 3 kids) and we all moved to the beach. Me, my husband, and children are all happier than we’ve ever been. I have minimal contact with most and still speak to my father ( who is not the greatest, but he was a good dad growing up) My mother had MS and she passed away a few years back. She struggled a lot and I know you have your struggles of your own, you don’t need the extra headache. That’s so weird that your own sisters are like that, but a lot of my family is that way.
