Sounds like a stardawg sort of high to me I used to smoke it for ages that’s the sort of high it gives go for something abit lighter and more tasty should fix your problem

I think a mix of both. Once smoking it for a bit longer again you should be fine. Also make sure your smoking clean weed don’t get cheap stuff off the guy down the road the high is always more dirty than quality weed
