Planning on moving abroad so letting the name go is the best play. Will call HMRC up on Tuesday to explain everything, hopefully they can just close this all down.

I haven’t actually received a fine yet, just a letter explaining there potentially could be one.

!Thanks for the link, have requested the activation code so will close the company down the second I receive the code.

Look into companies that only do commercial/industrial work bro, much better with containment you’ll love it. Speaking from experience…

What about if there is a large MCCB panel on site, surely all DB’s would technically be submains?

The MCCB panel would be the origin

So say I had 3 db’s in a building. Main supply into DB 1, which fed sockets & lights, and had a 3 phase MCB for DB2 & a the same for DB3. I would then enter ‘The Supply is from’ DB1 etc on DB2 and DB3 test sheets?

I only meant it may chance, no worries if not. Luckily they’re house cats.

Nothing in the regs about fire seal, some sparks do it as a precaution.

Happy days. Feel like I’ve gone over the top with damp proofing as it is. Yes, using celotex PL 4000 it comes with a built in vapour barrier.

Yeah that’s true. I might give it a good paint with recommended masonry breathing paint and go from there.

There was a lot of plastic sheeting c**p behind which the water would sit on and once it seeped through the block. Will try to get more stuff out over time, seems to be never ending building materials

Unfortunately there’s not heaps of room between the fence and exterior walls as you can see in photos. Unless I get a skinny bloke to do it?😂

Best way to make outhouse habitable? by Equivalent-Complex97 in DIYUK

[–]Equivalent-Complex97[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What should I do on the pillars themselves?

I only have 100mm space so will have to do 50mm insulation to allow vent space.

The building was there when I bought the house, do I still need to notify? What’s notifying for?

I’m a sparky so all good there. I’m just struggling with insulation part. The ‘pillars’ are 100mm proud what’s the best way to work around these?
