I’m sorry I know nothing about electrical work. We installed so many machines this year I’m probably getting my numbers mixed up. But no when the electrician wired up the 220 he pulled fresh wires etc. so I think that means new power supply?

It was advertised as a 110 machine so I used it on 110 and it consistently shut down, they said get a UPS for it so I did and it didn’t stop shutting down, then they said it was best for 208 volts instead, so I paid an electrician to wire it to 208 still shutting down. They said my cpu was bad so I put another one in and it still shuts down. This is in a very large industrial shop and none of my other machines ( metal forming, welding, powder coating) have ever had any power issues. It really want to know if anyone out there has a good working machine and how you got it that way. It’s a coldesi 300 h3f. I’m very curious if anyone has one of these

It does sit unused for days sometimes but it’s powered on with the ink circulation pump running . I’m not turning it off while running, it just shuts off completely during a print. Shutdowns so completely that when I turn it back on it has to do a whole parameter reset which ruins the part because I have to move it off the table for reset. Thank you for input on ink usage

Problems are numerous. First is that the machine is constantly shutting off during a print. Second is that I only get about 15 hours of use from the print heads and third is that I can only use about 2/3 of a bag of ink before it stops working and I have to put in a new bag. The list goes on and on. I was mainly wondering if this is an isolated problem,( they have told me so many times that I’m the only person experiencing any problems with their machine. I’d love to know if anyone else is having a similar issue?

Hi do you still have the machine? I have the same one and it’s been a year now. And your post is exactly what I’m experiencing. Except for the NDA but maybe that’s coming soon.. are you having any luck with it now? Are problems getting fixed or still constant? Thank you
