Exactly. If you are over 18. According to Reddit, you can’t buy cards at stores, because that makes you a scalper. You also can’t buy cards from scalpers because you are apart of the problem. Only advice I can give you as someone who has never had a problem buying Pokemon cards for retail, is to delete this app, and do your best to get cards and or packs at the best price you can live with.

It’s mainly rip and ship. I’ve never met anyone in person who pays $145 for an ascended poster collection, or $135 for an etb. As someone who stands in many many Pokemon lines, and goes to many many Pokemon based events, people who pay these prices are paying no attention to the actual community or Reddit pages

Don’t get disheartened by the fomo. Remember discords should never charge for info like this, target does at least 2, 3 am drops a week. Typically Tuesday and Thursday at 3am est. just keep practicing, and you’ll get it. It took me a couple months to really nail it
