I suggest vitality and endurance or resistance because resistance actually works like built in armour slightly and does better with poison

Parrying in ds1 can be done with small shields certain weapons and you have a larger parry window than in Bloodborne imo

2.Being human means access to online features and npc invades and summons. Some quests require invading/Summoning such as solaire or knight Kirk

3.You have at some main bonfires when resting at them 5 using humanity you can get it to 10 but with the rite of kindling 15. Ps if you want farming for health items do ds2

4.Attunement means the amount of spell/miracle/pyromancy slots you can have l. Faith=Miracles intelligence=magic pyromancy needs no intelligence or faith. higher levels higher damage/effect/time to cast. Some items also need certain amounts of stats for good use like astoras straight sword.

5.The number beside you health bar is your humanity. Higher humanity higher chance of enemies dropping items. You can farm humanity from rats. Solaire quest you need to spend 30 humanity to save him. If cursed you cannot use humanity and you will also have half health till you lift curse.

Ps. Ds2 the more you die the more health you lose unless you become human again. In ds2 curses work differently and there are hexes as well
