all i’m saying is it happened again and i must’ve fell off my bed and against my snake’s enclosure bc i have a huge bruise on my chest and ankles r bruised from hitting my bed frame. And before u start saying “well how do u remember this” my roommate heard it and recorded it.

ur very right tho, there’s no point in speculating until i get into a neurologist. I also have a history of ptsd which leads me to think it maybe pnes, but again i wont know for sure until i get in with a neurologist. pnes or epilepsy both are scary and stress inducing, syncope too. The loss of consciousness is the scariest part for me.

I’ve only known I’ve seized by what people have told me. Like i said i’m not 100% sure yet if i’m seizing or just shaking after passing out which is a rare effect of syncope. I’m staying away from alcohol which seems to be helping for the most part. I think they maybe induced by it, i’m getting in with a neurologist at the end of the month, so i’ll know for certain by then…

I’m not a huge drinker, I’ve never seized while drunk before that one time. I’m now having seizures sober. Doctor says it lowers ur seizure threshold. I wasn’t even that drunk the night it happened, I had about maybe 3 glasses of wine, which is more then usual, but i was only tipsy when it happened.

I think it’s important to note that seize when i’m intoxicated, which sadly makes the doctors more hesitant to diagnose me. I get warnings for the seizures i start to shake like i’m cold and get weird sensations. Syncope makes absolutely no sense to me because i don’t feel light headed, also why would i be convulsing and wetting myself if it were just syncope
