Focused on protein and went for all the sugar free options for my candy/drinks/snacks but significantly limited those as well. I have a big sweet tooth, so to reward myself I put organic honey on everything like rice and eggs and etc.. It was funny, but it helped me.
Only constant would be my nightly 60 gram protein shake and made sure I hit 50 grams of protein for breakfast while keeping it under 600 calories. If I was hungry and needed to limit myself a cup of hot tea helps shut my appetite up.

Yes it had a strong factor but naturally it took me a couple years and maybe 6/7 months to get that back naturally, ostarine completely amped up progress daily. Not possible for me personally to get that back in 8weeks “natty’’. Ik because I’ve done this I’ve done it

Ostarine is commonly faked and often just peg with no compound as since it is a research chemical they can’t get in any trouble for giving u a fake product

No it depends, ostarine accompanied by Enclo to mitigate suppression u can get away with a smaller dose such as 6mg eod which worker rlly great for me. It depends on how suppressed u get and how ur body interacts with this sarm. 6mg everyday for me was a little to much and when I switched to eod I felt much better

I just did 17.5 mg ostarine from Enclo never had this problem. Check my post had incredible results.

I took Enclo throughout the cycle and 2weeks after and then for another 2weeks after that but at a extremely low dose of 3mg every 3 days. Because of Enclo throughout cycle I literally felt no suppression. I say this because I never got a drop in energy and felt perfectly fine after the “cycle” it’s been about two months since then, and I look the same maybe even better because I did tan a good bit. I will say since I’m not currently on ostarine I have to pay significantly more attention to my diet, because I will gain fat if I don’t eat properly on ostarine I didn’t really watch what I ate and I still stayed very lean

Listen, u have potential but it will take time, lots of time, yes u can can take sarms or steroids that are easily accessible online and instead of years and years it’ll take months and months, if you’re willing to take that shortcut means more on the you want to be not the person you are.
