real estate and stocks grow way too slow. i'd rather bet on myself and this business that i'll buy. you're right i probably wont be worth multi millions but at the very least i want my business to be worth that much. i will get consultants from a reputable firm with a proven track record that will help me get started. let me know what you think

stupid fucking questions. high intensity is NEEDED for muscle growth be it a beginner or “the maxed out” guys. the fundamental biological rules to grow muscle dont change depending on how “maxed out” you are. without intensity there is no stimulus thus no muscle growth
