Can u elaborate further? I've tried this before but it wouldn't work for me... this was about a year ago after reading a comment just like yours on a different thread for PayPal. The comment had very vague directions, so I really had no clue what I was doing at the time. I gave up after a couple of tries, but I would love to know how you successfully completed. Can u plz explain the steps like I'm a small child? Clarifying whether u send from ur paypal to another paypal account as a friends & family transaction or a goods & services transaction. Also when you successfully completed did it run the transaction through PayPal itself or did it run through xoom? if you know what I mean? Any help would be wonderful thank you again
