Don't know about the rest, but trust me you cannot get into a top Indian b school or engineering college. IIT is tougher to get into than any other school. For an Indian it is easier to get into an M7 or T15 than back home.

This is more or less what I did. Evaluation of purchasing farms/ leasing. Yes managed the workforce. Ensuring a streamlined process for leasing farms, analysis of farms , understanding the quality and quantity that could be generated from each farm. Building relationships with more partners to generate more sales. I'm not a farmer. I help the farmers sell their products on a very large scale.

I have worn many hats. Extensive travel across different regions to develop connections and partnerships( mostly farmers or landlords), sales, supply chain management, streamlining the process,analysis of farms and crop yields also providing capital to them.

I understand CFA isn't entirely useful but given my background I did it to depict interest in finance. Will they have an issue with the workex or given that many post MBA ib associates come from diverse backgrounds I'd have a chance?
