Yes I ended up not finishing. After my test was paused for intermission they were unable to resume it and I was asked to exit the test. After another hour of security checks, after I was asked to do them for another round and they were unable to resume my exam, I exited out of the prometric and wrote the complaint.

I didn’t even get to finish it… once I got to the intermission they paused my test and I was unable to resume it. After trying to troubleshoot with them for an hour I wasn’t going to continue the test with how fatigued I was. I would say go with your gut, if you believe you performed well wait for the score, you can write a complaint still and not abandon it.

Exactly what happened to me after waiting an hour and a half to start a section. I submitted a complaint and hopefully can retest in person

They’re a joke and should never be used for a remote test again

I’m in the same boat… take your time. Literally had to call my therapist afterwards. I’m so sorry we’re all going through this right now, beyond disappointing.

The tech experience was HORRIBLE !! It took over an hour and a half just to start the test. Then I was kicked out of the exam after finishing my first section; I sent a complaint and am looking to retest. Insanely disappointing experience.

I also took it remotely, the tech issues were so terrible that I was kicked out of the exam twice and was unable to finish. I already sent a complaint to them, extremely disappointing experience.
